Christopher Coleman
President and Co-Founder
Chris Coleman is a service-disabled veteran with over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry and is a seasoned leader and Quality Manager. His expertise extends across Program Management, Operations Management, Operational Planning, and Team Building. With an FAA certification as an Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic and a bachelor’s degree focused in Aeronautics/Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he brings a comprehensive understanding of aviation mechanics and quality management to our team. Chris refined his leadership and management skills during his 21-year tenure in the United States Navy, serving as a P-3 Flight Engineer/Mechanic and Quality Manager, followed by his role as Director of Maintenance in the commercial sector. Additionally, he has completed velocity training to enhance his proficiency and holds the AS9100 - Certified Quality Manager Aerospace (AS9100D Lead Auditor) certification, reflecting his dedication to maintaining excellence in quality management within the aerospace industry.
Steven Matthews
Vice President and Co-Founder
Steven Matthews is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University. Mr. Matthews has over fourteen years of design and structural analysis experience on aircraft/rotorcraft, space flight hardware, MGSE hardware, flight simulation, static structures, and pressure vessels. He has served in both Program Management and Business Development roles and holds extensive knowledge in unmanned systems, the robotics industry, finite element analysis, design, and classical hand analysis. Throughout Mr. Matthew’s career, he has worked and become familiar with FAA Regulatory Compliance, Department of Defense, and U.S. Navy Programs. In his career, Mr. Matthews has worked on several projects including the Hubble Space Telescope Servicing Mission 4, and the DAWN Mission.
Cassie McDonald
Director of Human Resources
Cassie McDonald is a seasoned HR leader with a proven track record in driving organizational excellence through strategic talent management and administrative efficiency. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and business administration, paired with a BS in Organizational Management & Leadership and a BA in Human Resource Management from Friends University, she has developed a deep understanding of employee relations, organizational management, and compliance. She currently holds certifications as a Certified Internet Recruiter, Certified Social and New Media Recruiter, and Certified Recruitment Professional.
Cassie brings a unique blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to excellence to everything she does. Known for her ability to drive results through data-driven insights and her dedication to fostering inclusive and engaging workplace cultures, Cassie is deeply invested in helping individuals and teams thrive. When she's not empowering organizations to reach their full potential, you can find Cassie enjoying time with her family, taking in the live music scene, or catching a Chiefs, Royals, or Jayhawks game.
Mackenzie Coleman
Director of Cybersecurity
Mackenzie Coleman is a Cybersecurity graduate from Old Dominion University with a strong focus on cybersecurity compliance, particularly within the CMMC framework. She recently earned her CMMC-RP (Registered Practitioner) certification through Cyber-AB, making her a trusted advisor for companies striving to achieve CMMC compliance. In addition to her cybersecurity expertise, Mackenzie is a certified eNotary operating in the state of Virginia, allowing her to perform electronic notarizations. Her capabilities make her a versatile and valuable asset to our team.
